| Personality Typing Interviews |
The Enneagram involves developing awareness
of our core drivers or in other words what motivates our behaviour
rather than simply the behaviour itself. Our core drivers
can be a "blind spot" which requires a process that facilitates
discovery. For these reasons questionnaires designed for instant
discovery of your Enneagram type are limited. A more reliable
process is undertaking a personality typing interview with
a Certified Enneagram Teacher of the Enneagram Professional
Training Program (EPTP) (see www.enneagramworldwide.com
for information concerning the EPTP).
Chris has undergone training in conducting
Enneagram personality typing interviews with Professor David
Daniels (Clinical Psychiatrist Stanford University) and Helen
Palmer (acclaimed Author and Enneagram Expert).
A personality typing interview last for
approximately 50 minutes. At the end of the Typing Interview
there is a debriefing session. Once you have discovered your
type you then are able to practice more advanced skills such
as changing how you view the world, managing stressful situations
and resolving long term conflicts in your personal or professional
life. These skills can be enhanced in a series of coaching
sessions.
Testimonial
"When I recently undertook a typing
interview with Chris, I was impressed with his ability to
quickly put me at ease, his incredible perception of what
I was NOT saying and the way he carefully analyzed the information
that I gave him and drew helpful conclusions relating to me.
I left the session with an acute, positive insight into how
my head works, my own limiting factors, and what I can do
to improve. "
