Chris
Chicoteau's main interest is the development of people within
teams, organisations and community.
He started his career as a chef in some of the most results-oriented,
yet stressful, working environments.
He found ways to improve the processes, and develop better
leadership and team cultures. From here, he broadened his
focus to a wider range of organisations, and has developed
a greater understanding of people, leadership and organisational
needs.
